My husband Ray had back surgery performed by Dr. Dirksmeier. Dr. Dirksmeier was very caring, informative and very attentive. After surgery while in recovery my husband had some questions regarding his back pain and Dr. Dirksmeier was contacted. He was in another surgery but as soon as he was finished, he came to recovery and walked with my husband explaining his surgery, the outcome, and the prognosis. He was very attentive pre-surgery and post-surgery. We would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks, Doc!
A great big thank you to Dr. Geppert for relieving my pain! I have Morton's Neuroma and have been suffering for almost two years! I had my first cortisone shot in my foot on Friday and worked 10 hours on my feet Saturday! For the first time in two years I had absolutely 0 discomfort! Thank you!!
The office staff does not seemed to be well-trained regarding insurance. The receptionist took my card, copied it and did all the usual actions which led me to believe the plan I had would be accepted. The card clearly says HMO yet they only participate with PPOs. Not sure why she couldn't tell the difference in those letters. I suggest asking them to check your eligibility and benefits before being seen. I feel misled.
Dr Harrington is amazing. He did my total knee replacement last year.
