Long story short went to seacoast on Monday squeezed my husband and said yes you have a torn rotor cuff need an MRI that was at 1:30 on Monday afternoon is now its Thursday afternoon and we still haven't heard when he can have s MRI.they said sometimes it takes weeks �really WTF. Back to the ER because then you don't have to wait for paperwork
I am so thankful for the wonderful staff at Seacoast Orthopedics. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and truly seems to care about each patient. I've been a patient for years, and recently my son broke his femur. His treatment has been exceptional. A special shout out to Aimee Sanderson for really making us feel like family.
We have the utmost respect for Dr. Parson as a surgeon .
My PC sent a referral almost a month ago, I had heard nothing so I called early last week to make an appointment. I was told my message would be sent to someone else and they would call, finally Saturday they called but I was unavailable. Of course being the weekend the office was closed so my return call was unanswered. I called again this morn and left a message, waited all day and still no call. I am a long time patient and have never had problems like this, this is ridiculous!
I didnt get a call back for a referral ever... I called left messages and no one calls back. They have had my paper work for 4 weeks... I final got a hold of someone and all they had was excuses... that tehy are going thru changes...dose that mean it okay not to return your phone call for 1 week..
The 1 visit WITH Dr. DIRKSMIRE I waited well over 2 hours..He saw me for 8 MINUTES and had to go back for X-RAY in 2 to check healing again a wait!! Worst experience ! Longest wait..by my 3 visit for a back injury they told me I would see,a PA because Doctor Was out... ..I wait!! Over 45 minutes..they still kept me waiting and did not put me In a room!!!,I left will call my Insurance company and make sure they Do Not Bill and I get my Co Pay Back! WHY!, DEAR,Doctors EVERYONES TIME IS IMPORTANT!!
On hold trying to make an appointment for my mother in law, 1 hour and 11 minutes (so far) I started at caller 25 now I'm at 10. My mother in law called yesterday @ 1:30 and got all the way to # 2 and @ 5 was told the office was closed call back tomorrow!? I think you may need to work on this! If I could give no stars I would!
I had surgery I didn't even need because the doctors don't know what they are doing.
