The hygienists at the office are always professional and do a great job, but they also always go the extra mile to make you comfortable. My phobia makes even a simple cleaning very anxious for me, but Jen did everything she could to make my cleaning painless and easy. She went very slowly and carefully around the sensitive teeth and stopped right away when she saw me cringe. "I'm going to take really good care of you. Okay?" I had my first visit to the dentist in a long, long time. I was recommended to Scripps Rock Dental by my Periodontist. I have been putting off much needed dental work. I was impressed by the staff but even more by the technology - this office is state of the art. I finally found a dentist who can effectively describe what is wrong and what will be involved in the repairs using visual images and graphics. The technology was amazing. Was lead thru the experience with the added benefit of a massage cushion which was nice. The camera to take a picture of the teeth for a closer exam is a good value and confirms or not work to be done.

Peggy was my periodontal deep cleaner and she did a wonderful job! She always kept informed on what she going to be doing to my teeth. Asked my comfort level. She was a real pleasure to be around. I enjoy what did for me that day!

Front Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Dental Hygienist and assistants are very assuring, confident with what they do and friendly. Dentists are well abreast with the latest innovations and technology in the industry. Huge office with free coffee :) and the most awesome they discuss several options that you will be comfortable with in your treatment plan. Highly recommended! In fact I am sending in my two daughters too :))

My family and I have been with Scripps Rock Dental from the time they opened their doors in Scripps Ranch. The doctors are well credentialed and well regarded rock stars. The team is exceptionally competent, professional, friendly, and engaging. The facility is spacious, welcoming, comfortable, and entertaining. Dr. Hatch and his staff are always great! Just had my 6 month check up at their new location. Very cool space. It is HUGE!!! They had a massage feature on their chairs which made the cleaning that much better. Thanks Dr. Hatch!!
