I was a new patient and it is always hard to switch dentists when you don't know what to expect. Dr. Hatch spent time with me on all the issues I have and the plan to address them. I had to have a crown done right away and I didn't have a moment of pain or problem! It was great and I left with my new crown that he made in the office and it was a perfect fit! No follow up appointments. He may be more expensive but totally worth it.
Dr Hatch and his assistants made me feel at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. Fom the Netflix movie (which they also had another screen on the ceiling while they worked on my teeth) to the friendly conversation, I felt at ease throughout the entire procedure.
This place is awesome! I broke a tooth about a year ago and have been lazy about getting it fixed. I called them on a monday, saw them that same day and walked out of their office with a new tooth that same thursday!! NO pain at all and even got to catch a couple of movies on netflix with the in ceiling TV as they worked on me!
Couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the care and close attention by both Peggy and Dr. hatch. The best thing I ever did here in San Diego was find Scripps Rock Dental. i really do feel like part of the family. Thank you.
