Wonderful team of health care professionals! I can't believe I had such a great experience AT THE DENTIST!!
Everyone was friendly and professional. Appointment was ontime. I always enjoy my visits to Hatch Dental.
I would describe my 2 1/2 year old daughter as shy and my husband and I weren't sure how this first visit would go. Would she cry and scream? It certainly was a possiblity. Luckily, our hygienest came out to greet my daughter before the appointment and went out of her way to make sure she was comfortable. They put on a movie for her, let her "ride" in the chair, and just completely put her at ease. She had a blast! I couldn't believe it. I had no idea that I needed an immediate cavity filling when I went in for xrays. But the technology and state of the art equipment found this out, plus a new crown was needed. Dr Gupta was able to also accomodate me the same day by working late on Friday when she realized that I was taking a trip out of the country. Good follow thru. Patients come first
I would highly recommend both Dr. Gupta and Dr. Hatch. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. They ensure 100% customer satisfaction too. The ladies in the office even occupied my toddler while I was in the chair. It was the best dental experience I have ever had and, considering my fear of dentists, that's a huge compliment.
Wow Dr. Hatches chairside manner rocks. He is funny and doesn't yell at me for not flossing but does of course tell me how important it is. Thanks Dr. Hatch for making a trip to the dentist not suck.
Dr. Hatch is very professional and always does a great job in explaining specifically what my options are, and he is extremely passionate about his craft. With his many analogies, Dr. Hatch makes sure you know exactly what is going on. The music and atmosphere is lively. His staff always goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and at home.
