The FD staff and my hygienist were very nice,welcoming and professional. Dr. Nickels "Scott"inspired my confidence.
There was no measuring of pockets, an ongoing condition that requires me to have my teeth cleaned quarterly. Also,not all my teeth were scaled. Was that because there was no plaque there? I didn't think to ask these things while I was there.
You guys are the best. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but you make this "necessary evil" as enjoyable as it can be. I am thankful I found Dr. Nickels many years ago and I appreciate what he and every member of his staff does for me.
Everyone was great as usual. Scott is the best Dentist I have ever seen.

I've been going to Dr. Nickels for a long time and he is by far the best dentist I have ever had. All of the staff at the office are great as well!
I have been seen by Dr Nickels for several years. I recently went to a chain office as recommended by my new insurance and it was a nightmare. I came running back to Dr Nickels and his staff and haven't looked back. I've referred several friends and family to him and they are also very pleased. Courtney was Hannah's hygienist. Hannah complained that her gums were poked hard and this caused them to bleed. Hannah was very uncomfortable. Her gums continued to bleed on the ride home. She was also told to floss, however Hannah flosses every night. Maybe instead of accusing Hannah of not flossing, Courtney could have suggested a better way to floss.
