I think it's crucial that patients (or their surrogates) get accurate information when calling with questions before an appt. When my wife called before the appt at my request, she was told that the procedure would take two hours, that half of my lower jaw would be numbed, and that I'd need to eat soft foods-- all of which amped up my anxiety and proved inaccurate information. Perhaps she mistook me for another patient. There was no harm done, of course, and the actual work was as always excellent.

I am new to the Nashville, TN area and was referred to Dr. Nickles. Above and beyond a great experience!!!! Smooth processes, excellent care, quickest visit ever experienced, no waiting room wait. Gentle TOTALLY PAINLESS restoration. Ms. Missy was fantastic, warm and welcoming. I have spent literally hundreds of hours in a dentist chair over the last two years. I am very experienced with dentists. I WILL DEFINITELY be a patient of Dr. Nickles.
