I was very please that the Dentist Mr. Nickels came in the room where I was being treated and personally introduced himself and thanked me for coming in as a new patient, I was very inpressed! I love great customer service and I will be back for a routine check up.

Because my appointment was changed from April 30 to May 6, I was unable to access the seven forms, when I tried on May 5 because the appointment was in the past and the forms were not sent a second time, I believe. I was not good at completing the forms on the ipad in your office because I don't have an ipad at home so your staff was very helpful and helped me complete the forms on your ipad.
