Your whole staff is AWESOME! I don't know how they do it, but they know who I am every time I come in. I don't even have to sign in. I just say " Hi" and I sit down. Seconds later, I'm called to the back. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist. Even after I start coming to you. Now I can honestly say, I'm no longer afraid and I have you and your staff to thank for that. So I guess you guess are stuck with me. I have been going to Dr Nickels for 20+ years and drive 30+ miles because he and his staff is always so professional, on-time and do superb work, therefore it is worth every mile and minute.
