Dr Nickels is so friendly and careful in explaining everything to me. My family trusts him with the care of our teeth.
Everyone from phone conversation, front desk, Sarah and Dr Nichols was so kind and welcoming making me feel comfortable during my first visit.
I get very anxious and nervous about having dental work done but ALL of the staff including Dr. Nickels are exceptionally accommodating to my needs.
Dr. Nickels along with his staff are professional and exceptionally cordial.
My hygienist was awesome. Gentle, kind and informative. I was able to hear the hygienist in the area next to us with a patient. She was a chatter box and fairly loud. We could hear every word. She sounded very nice but I don't think she (not my hygienist) understands that it's no really an activity that the patient can carry on a big conversation. My hygienist put me at total ease and her mannerism was perfect. So glad I had her instead if the one next to us.
After not having been to the dentist for many years, I was quite nervous. Dr. Nickels and the entire staff put me at ease and made it a positive experience!
Excellent customer service, love the folks that Dr. Nickels has working on his team. Dr. Nickels is also the absolute best. Can't imagine going anywhere else!
I love my Dentist, I have been coming to him for a long time, However I wish i could work out a better way to afford to get my temporary crowns out and get my permanent ones. at the moment I can only afford $125 a month and i do not think that is acceptable at this time. However I still love Dr. Nichols and would not leave him for anything.
EVERYONE WAS AWESOME AND I WILL BE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER SOON.
