During recovery, the online GetWell Loop made it easy to communicate with Dr. Miller and the PA's, APRN's. I was able to ask questions or relay information without having to call their office. I appreciated the fact that they determined in-home physical therapy would be best. This is major surgery and it takes time to heal.
The staff was very informative and attentive. I felt that any questions or concerns that I had were answered and explained.
When I arrived in Florida on in 2017 I knew no doctors except for my primary and A PRN. When I needed knee surgery I was referred to Dr. Miller. I never connected so fast with anyone as I done with Dr. Miller. He did both knee surgeries and now my hip. I recommend him to many people who searched him out when they saw how well I recovered at is still recovering. He has a great bedside manner, and I completely trust his judgement. He also has a awesome staff and great physical therapy dept.
Very hardworking professional, that cares about his patients
Dr. Miller and his entire team are top shelf. From my first “evaluation” visit through two surgeries (r. hip replacement followed by r. knee replacement 8 weeks later), and then through PT sessions for both joints, I was kept informed of what was being done and why it was needed. I hope I never need another joint replacement. However, if I do, I’m going straight to Dr. Miller and his team of professionals.
He communicated clearly and in a pleasant caring way.

Dr. Miller and his staff have an outstanding pre-op, surgery, and post-op program including almost daily emails and check-ins. They explained every aspect of my hip replacement surgery and prepared me with exercises, diet, medications, etc. Day of surgery went great, and I was released from the hospital the following morning after beginning some preliminary physical therapy.
