Dr. Miller and every one of his team is extremely caring and explain any issues or procedures in great detail.
The office is a well oiled machine but you never feel like it's an assembly line. The staff are are compassionate and efficient.
The concern for the patient and the way he keep you informed and what to expect next.
The office staff is professional and well organized. My calls pre and post operation were addressed quickly. I was very well satisfied the operation prep and time spent after the operation.
Communication prior, during and post surgery.
He listens to you and great follow up after surgery. I have recommended him to several friends and neighbors. Only negative is the long wait time to get surgery scheduled, but well worth the wait.
I appreciated how well Dr miller & all the staff listened to my concerns.
The professional attitude exhibited by all his staff is especially calming to someone about to experience a hip replacement.
Dr Miller was very informative, listened to all my questions and concerns and provided very detailed responses that I could easily understand.
