They are all so friendly and will listen and give advice. They are so very detailed on every step of the way.
Cannot get over how everyone was so nice to me. From PreOp to PostOp to my stay in the Hospital to Home Care therapy. Dr Miller called my wife after surgery was complete to let her know everything was good. Britanny, my home care therapist, has been great. I even look forward to her visit. Had two home care nurses and they were great.
EVERYONE who helped me & took care of me, both Office & Surgery, was and is WONDERFUL!
Couldn’t be happier about the outcome. I was walking within 24 hours and actually felt I could that evening. I have had minimal pain.
Had total knee replacement with Dr Miller. He did a great job and office staff was very responsive to all my questions and concerns.
Everyone in the office that I have encountered has been helpful and answers questions and responds to my phone calls in a timely manner. The office experience for me has been efficient and professional over the last 4 years.
Friendly, caring, accommodating staff. I began to have a problem with my bandage. I called the office and was put through to a nurse. She told me to come in that day at any time and she would take care of it. I arrived an hour later at the office and waited about five minutes before it was taken care of.
From the initial consult through surgery preparation and surgery to follow-up and aftercare, Dr. Miller and his team were wonderful. I had a total hip replacement. They explained everything they was going to happen and what to expect. It was all carefully planned and implemented. Dr Miller replaced my right hip in 2016 when I broke my hip. Fortunately he was on call at the er. My recovery was very speedy and I returned to my job as a crossing guard. It was a no brainer to see him for my left hip when it was bone to bone pain. I'm now 2 weeks post ok and I don't use a cane or walker. Went for a walk around the store with no problem. If you need a new hip go to Dr Miller !
