Greenhalgh and his staff helpful, polite and knowledgeable. All appointments on time or nearly so (5 minutes late). Pain avoidance for wimps like me exemplary. Terrific insurance assistance. Everyone in office, including Greenhalgh, explain anything and everything as well as you want. Never had a problem with anything Greenhalgh has done (fillings, crowns). Seems quite skilled, is helpful and kind.
Dr. Geenhalgh takes a personal interest in our overall well being.
Who would have thought a dentist could add a personal touch to dental care? This dentist does just that! If you live within a half hours drive of this practice, it is the best one to choose. Dr. Greenhalgh really takes the time necessary to make sure his patient's needs are fully satisfied. As I am new to the practice, I'm not yet sure how I feel about the staff but Dr. Greenhalgh's care is more than enough to keep me coming back. I may even begin eating more sugar just to go back more than twice a year!
The entire team is extremely friendly and professional. You are always treated like an important person and not just another patient. I have both front teeth crowns and veneers on the adjacent teeth and I could not be happier. They were willing to go the extra mile and spend as much time as needed to get them "just right". Dr. Greenhalgh is personable and has an extremely gentle approach. I would not hesitate to recommend him or anyone on his team.
Dr Greenhalgh and his team of professionals create a relaxing, comfortable, and friendly environment that is always willing to discuss options and procedures that are available. Dr. Greenhalgh is my dentist. He has done veneers on 7 of my front teeth and crowns on two of my back teeth. Dr. Greenhalgh and his staff are very thorough in answering questions and explaining procedures. They show genuine concern for you and don't make you feel as if you're just another patient to come along. Dr. Greenhalgh has been my/family dentist for over 11 years. I have had numerous fillings and two in-lays by Dr. Greenhalgh with great success. He is very professional and has a sincere concern for all his patients. My two children are very comfortable going to the dentist because of his chair-side manners.
Very professional; committed to patient's comfort; explains procedures thouroughly; quality dental treatment; we've recommended Dr. Greenhalgh to friends and family members many times; we live an hour away from the practice and it's worth the drive! Best dentist we've ever had.
