I came to the doctors office needing work on some previous faulty dental work from a different dentist. When I met Dr. Greenhalgh he was patient, kind and knowledgeable about my needed dental work. He made sure I felt comfortable before during and after each session. I spent a lot of time in his chair and it was always made endurable with his endearing manner and gentle touch. Dr. Greenhalgh and his staff are great! It's like getting together with old friends instead of going in for an appointment. I love it that they are prompt on appointment time! He applied veneers to three of my front teeth after a sports injury, and, no one would ever know that they're not MY teeth. I came to Dr. Greenhalgh for replacement work done on old crowns/onlays. I had endured some stressful dental procedures in the past so had a high level of anxiety going in. Dr. Greenhalgh's staff are tremendous people. They take professionalism to the next level; they are always happy to see you and remember personal things to inquire about. Every step of every procedure is explained all the way down to how much you'll be responsible for. I find this terrific as it put a stop to surprises and misunderstandings. I always jokingly tell the staff at Arbor that I knew Dr. Scott before his hair turned grey ...... I've actually known Dr. Scott Greenhalgh before MY hair turned grey! Dr. Greenhalgh and his staff are the best! Several years ago I went to him after not visiting a dentist for a very long time. He took the time to explain all of my options to me and I decided on a course of treatment.
