Dr. Greenhalgh has been my dentist for what seems like forever. Going to the dentist as weird as it sounds is a trip I don't mind taking. Over the years I have had quite a lot of work done and he has made my smile look absolutely glamorous. Dr. Greenhalgh is very caring and gentle. He expresses genuine concern for his patients. My mouth does not numb very easy and he gets it right every time and without too much pain. He is considerate of your needs and wants. He is very friendly and easy to talk to as well. His staff goes beyond to make you feel at home, and I do every time I walk in. The staff has always worked with me on payments and problems with the insurance. Dr. Greenhalgh, his staff, and his office environment is an all around awesome expierence.
Dr. Greenhalgh is the first dentist since childhood that I feel really cares about me and my health. When I first found the practice I was astounded when I came in and they remembered details about me and my family! Over the last 12 years I have tried 2 other practices because of insurance, cost and location. Both times I went once and quickly returned to Dr. Greenhalgh. Dr. Greenhalgh is an excellent, excellent dentist. He took the time to get to know me and to find out what my concerns are. Before he does any procedures, he is really great at explaining all the details of what he is planning to do and why he is doing it. On top of that, he is very gentle when he works on my teeth, absolutely painless. I love the office atmosphere. It's really relaxing and everyone there makes you feel very comfortable. I would refer Dr. Greenhalgh and his staff to everyone.
This is not a "procedure mill; if you don't absolutely need something done Dr. Greenhalgh won't recommend it. But he and his staff ensure all your questions are answered so you're always armed with the most up-to-date information. You might pay more but considering the quality provided at all levels, I have no reservations in highly recommending Dr. Greenhalgh for any dental work.
I love my denstist office and have specifically chosen my dental insurance in order to stay with Dr. Greenhalgh. He is very helpful and friendly, I would recommend him to everyone.
I didn't know how lucky I was when Dr. Greenhalgh came to Westwood - Arbor Dental. But after 10+ years I know now. I had numerous problems with my teeth - old crowns, crumbling teeth, root canals that were needed and bone grafts to be done. I couldn't (wouldn't) open my mouth to smile. It was pure luck that I chose Dr. Greenhalgh and I couldn't be happier with that choice! When I came to Dr. Greenhalgh, I needed 20 year old fillings taken out and replaced. They gave me additional pain medicine before we started, encouraged me to take breaks, and kept me entertained with television shows. I was so relaxed, I even started falling asleep!
