Great service and friendly atmosphere
I went to Dr Alligretti to replace my retainer. I fully expected him to congratulate me on my decision to replace and then to "sell" me something expensive. Wrong! He told me it didn't really need replacement, that it was functioning ok and he could adjust it to fit better. When I pushed him for info on a new retainer he was well informed and professional......and I opted for the new retainer. My choice, not his. Jade
I'm so grateful for Dr. Allegretti, Karen, Michelle, Hilary and April. Their commitment to care and life-long learning, along with their expertise and state of the art technology are unparalleled. Because of their excellence, I travel a pretty good distance and wouldn't have it any other way. I can't express how well I'm treated and cared for during each appointment, from beginning to end. I highly recommend Dr. Allegretti and team!
For the most part, it was a very positive experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and Dr. Allegretti was friendly and very good at explaining what was going to be happening during the procedure. My biggest issue was with the cost of treatment. Yes, the treatment was thorough and top-notch. But the cost was literally twice as much as what I paid for the exact same procedure in NYC a month and a half earlier....
Everyone is a Rock star, Karen, April, Hillary, and Dr. Scott himself. They are professionals of the highest order, proud of their expertise, passionate in their commitments, charming and engaging.
