Chesterfield Village apartments is a terrific place to live. I would definitely recommend to others. Great neighbors, great location, great staff. Just an overall great place to live!
My parents have lived here for 6 years and have had no issues. It is quiet and maintained. The manager is always patient when we have to translate for them.
This company is good and have no problem issue with them. Those apartments are reasonable.
A decent place to live. Rent went up by $30 a month again this year, which isn’t ideal. On the bright side the current office manager is kind and competent. If an issue arose she was quick to get it dealt with and always kept me updated. The property still needs more maintenance workers. There has been some storm damage from this spring that has yet to be dealt with and I know there is a backlog of maintenance requests from tenants.
The location and price of these apartments are great. Can be noisy sometimes with traffic depending on where your unit is but you learn to tune it out. One of the last few places that's affordable to live in that isn't in an unsafe location.
I have lived here 10 years and have witnessed this place have many changes. It used to be a wonderful place to live. Once the current Manager was hired, the grounds and the maintenance requests are not being handled. The disrespect and consideration of it's residents is off the charts. We are dismissed, harassed, spoken down to and not taken seriously. The water problems in this community are not even addressed. Band-Aids are placed on problems and will come back to bite them. No cooperation from Wooten.
Nice place and there are changes being made such as new landscaping.
Living @ Chesterfield Village has been a wonderful change. Colleen has made the transition easy. She is the best! Chuck (maintenance) has been awesome.
