The management has been very responsive to all messages and maintenance requests. I never see pests. The location is really convenient. I live in an unrenovated unit, so it is a little outdated and worn, but the price to size ratio is really reasonable, and the apartment is very spacious. I have a large living room and decent closet space.
My husband and I have lived here for a year, and have really loved it. The location is perfect being so central, and management is kind and quick to respond when issues arise!
Ive been a reaident at Scotsdale for 1 year now and so far my experience has been amazing. I have a good price for a 2 bedroom 2 bath and the building itself is quiet and peaceful.
Attentive management, great location, multiple amenities. Long term resident, will always recommend.
Over the past years this place has felt like home! I’ve lived on the basement level and it’s been a great apartment. Kudos to Jeremiah for being a great manager and always being reliable and kind. I highly recommend living here!
I've been here for about a year at the newer building. Its a nice space for the price and has some good amenities/location. I'm more of a lowkey kind of person and management doesn't bother me a lot and is there when I need help or have any issues so I've appreciated that. I feel that they have been helpful while also understanding that this is my home.
The location and price of these apartments are great. Can be noisy sometimes with traffic depending on where your unit is but you learn to tune it out. One of the last few places that's affordable to live in that isn't in an unsafe location.
One of the Best place to rent. I have rented in this apartment for 6 years now... Close to everything. Food, parks. And near Cox hospital and Mercy Hospital. Where I both do part time. Very accesible to all your need. Rent is very affordable
Scotsdale has a super good location and is very accommodating. This apartment has several great amenities like renovated units, community washers and dryers, a pool, etc. Their management is always there for you and will try to help you in any way. I would 10/10 recommend.
