We have lived here throughout my medical training. Very convenient location close to a lot of neat places. Marta at the front desk is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Maintenance requests fulfilled the following day after placing the request and the maintenance staff is very friendly and trustworthy. Love the big courtyard as it gives a lot of space for kids to play and pets to roam. Felt very safe living here as well.
It is a good place to live, it is safe, clean and immediate attention. It is located in a great area of restaurants and places of diversion.
My mom and I have lived in MDA for one year and have not had many problems with the staff, maintenance or front desk person (Marta). Any issues that we have had have been addressed quickly. Also, Nola, Marta and the maintenance team have been very helpful in watching and interacting with my mom when I have been at work. The worst experience ever! MDA has horrible rude management and has issues like cockroaches,unexpected water shut downs, no parking, bed bugs, security is a major threat. Strangers knocking your doors and thefts in the building !!! Dirtiest place ever and you can expect to be kicked out anytime. They are renovating the building and to save some money kicking out students during their final weeks! And not to forget the long list of fines that they charge unnecessary and the high cost!!! You are basically paying for nothing!!!
It sure used to be good, until the new management showed up in 2015.
