The staff here is lovely, and the apartments are a great price for their location. Why the one star review then? Two words: Bed bugs. I've had bedbugs since July, which is four months ago now. Despite Chicago ordinance clearly stating that bed bug inspections should occur within 10 days of the apartment being notified, it takes three weeks for SCIO to get my apartment inspected. I took a tour today and can't believe how huge the units are, and awesome views. They have some units under renovations, which look great and the leasing people said they are starting to renovate the entire building. I am looking for a long term place, so I am excited to see it when it's all done.
