Amazing Doctor and staff.
He is a very caring person that takes the time to listen to what you have to say and he cares about what you are saying. He did my hernia surgery and before I went in was told what was going on and what to expect. He is a very caring man and he really cares about his patients well being. All of the staff is just great. They treat you with respect from the time you come till you leave.

Dr. Schuhknecht never makes you feel rushed, and explains everything really well. I had gallbladder issues, & while I was totally ready to have it removed, Dr. S actually advised against surgery in my case. I was surprised (and at the time, a little disappointed—I was sort of hoping surgery would be a "cure" for my issues), but the reasons he gave made so much sense. We decided to monitor it and he found a mix of meds that helped, and now a few years later, I'm better—SO glad he was my doctor!

His personality is great! Always helpful if you have any question about your procedures. He did my Bariatric sleeve and I was very pleased with how the surgery went and his bed side manner!

I had Robotic bilateral hernia surgery. With in a few days I was up walking around and doing well with in a few days. I was back to work with in two weeks . And six weeks later I feel great and I am almost back to full strength. I would recommend Dr. Schuhknecht to all and anyone I know,anytime.
