They are not reliable people working at this office, that works from home. They lied and said a co signer can be used, then they denied the application. It's a rip off. Be careful with this rental property, read there reviews online.
Schrader properties owns the most horrible apartments in Wake County. Their apartments are infested with roaches, despite several complaints we still have roaches, I had to throw away my belongings because everything had roaches. My grandson has asthma and our apartment has mold, I called so many times for them to come and fix the problem and they would just paint over the mold so it would come right back. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau and the department of sanitation.
They are slum lords. Trust all the bad reviews
*RUN* My daughter and I have been exposed to bed bugs and roaches that caused us to go to the hospital NEVER rent from this company and if you have report them to NCDOJ. I am fighting to have them shut down on any and every voice matters .
