Great Restaurant By far the best eating establishment in Westfield. They always exceed my expectations in every way. Excellent food preparation and presentation. Great waitstaff and bar staff. Great wine selection.You won't be disappointed!!!
School Street Bistro Delicious gourmet food however I find it is gorgeous to look at but not much to eat. Perhaps it is what I order or that I have a ferocious appetite! Find the prices on the high side, but the quality is definitely good. Looking forward to my high school reunion here in a couple of weeks!
restaurant Great food, love the ambiance and always great company here. The music on Fridays is always nice and not so loud you can't have a conversation. Very warm and cozy.
School St Bistro My favorite restaurant in the area. The food is excellent and there is a very nice and classy atmosphere. It is on the pricey side but def great for special occasions. Service is always excellent.
Definitely not for the holidays Although I have attended functions at the SSB and have been somewhat satisfied, I would definitely not recommend them for the holidays. My family had reservations at 2 and we were sat at 3:45. no apology. Buffet was cold and several items were missing. I wrote a complaint letter and got NO response. Poor management.
A Pleasant Place to Eat We have always enjoyed School Street Bistro, the atmosphere is very inviting and the service is good, not to mention the food. You will not leave hungry.
Western Mass Class School Street is the Cheers of Westfield. A great place to meet up with the local business owners ,university staffers and city and county town officials. The food is great for this area without having to go to Springfield. Is comparable to Max's in Springfield in food and Who's Who. John, Nick and staff always know your name!
Delicious food This is one of the best higher end restaurants in Westfield. The food is always delicious, albeit a bit pricey, and the portions are good size. It is a very nice atmosphere for a relaxing dinner. The lunch specials are terrific and very reasonably priced. Plus they offer a xmas in July sale on gift cards.
Great Atmosphere The School Street Bistro is one of Westfield's nicest restaurants. The bar has entertainment on the weekends and is a great spot to go after work for yummy appetizers and drinks. The menu offers a variety, including the simply grilled option, where you can choose your side dishes and toppings. Ask to sit in the Garden room, if you sit in the back room by the kitchen it can be noisy.
