good food, poor service made the mistake of going on a Friday night(had reservations) and we waited almost an hour to be seated, and then another hour just to be served our salad. Our mistake for staying but we were hungry and it was late. We have gone during the lunch hour and enjoyed it more. we haven't been back since.
Our favorite restaurant! We eat out fairly often and always return to The Bistro. We took our family of 12 there over Christmas time and the food for all three generations was great and the service was top notch. Westfield's best!
Good Food and Atmosphere We often take out of town guests to the Bistro. The food is always very good and the atmosphere is very nice. I have also attended some functions and they have always done a nice job.
Excellent food We can't generally afford a really nice dinner out very often but when we can, we go to School Street. The food is always VERY good, the service and atmosphere excellent. The high windows, exposed brick, and rich Italian music make the setting unusual and no one seems to mind if you're there for a quick beer and a sandwhich at the bar or a long leisurely dinner at a table. Fine Dining Definitely an upper end dining experience. The atmosphere is wonderful. When meeting people for dinner I like to arrive early so I can sit in the lounge and soak up the atmosphere. The piano music in the lounge is delightful. The food, especially the steaks, is delicious. The banquet facilities and menu are great. They are a bit pr icy but then again I've never been disappointed.
School Street Bistro This is a great restaurant. The prices are a little higher than other places in town but the quality of the food and service warrant them. This is a place to go for a nice night out.
Good Cuisine The Meals at School Street Bistro are great. The setting is very comfortable. There are candles at each table which create a more romantic setting. Good martini selection too.
Wonderful Menu! The School Street Bistro has to be one of my favorite restaurants around! My husband and I like to visit there when we get a gift certificate. Then we splurge. It is a little pricey. But everything is delicious, the food, the wine, desserts....everything!
Great food The School Street Bistro is a great place for a nice dinner. The food is great, the atmosphere is very nice, and live piano music is always lovely. I especially enjoyed their steak and a wonderful cabbage apple soup they had on special. The con....the place can be very warm inside.
