Excellent food We can't generally afford a really nice dinner out very often but when we can, we go to School Street. The food is always VERY good, the service and atmosphere excellent. The high windows, exposed brick, and rich Italian music make the setting unusual and no one seems to mind if you're there for a quick beer and a sandwhich at the bar or a long leisurely dinner at a table. Fine Dining Definitely an upper end dining experience. The atmosphere is wonderful. When meeting people for dinner I like to arrive early so I can sit in the lounge and soak up the atmosphere. The piano music in the lounge is delightful. The food, especially the steaks, is delicious. The banquet facilities and menu are great. They are a bit pr icy but then again I've never been disappointed.
School Street Bistro This is a great restaurant. The prices are a little higher than other places in town but the quality of the food and service warrant them. This is a place to go for a nice night out.
Good Cuisine The Meals at School Street Bistro are great. The setting is very comfortable. There are candles at each table which create a more romantic setting. Good martini selection too.
Wonderful Menu! The School Street Bistro has to be one of my favorite restaurants around! My husband and I like to visit there when we get a gift certificate. Then we splurge. It is a little pricey. But everything is delicious, the food, the wine, desserts....everything!
Great food The School Street Bistro is a great place for a nice dinner. The food is great, the atmosphere is very nice, and live piano music is always lovely. I especially enjoyed their steak and a wonderful cabbage apple soup they had on special. The con....the place can be very warm inside.
Great Restaurant By far the best eating establishment in Westfield. They always exceed my expectations in every way. Excellent food preparation and presentation. Great waitstaff and bar staff. Great wine selection.You won't be disappointed!!!
School Street Bistro Delicious gourmet food however I find it is gorgeous to look at but not much to eat. Perhaps it is what I order or that I have a ferocious appetite! Find the prices on the high side, but the quality is definitely good. Looking forward to my high school reunion here in a couple of weeks!
restaurant Great food, love the ambiance and always great company here. The music on Fridays is always nice and not so loud you can't have a conversation. Very warm and cozy.
