Excuse my language but I just dealt with the most appalling and piss poor treatment from Schneck Medical ER. Around 3PM, a sudden onset pain came over me that was horrendous. I tried to push through it for an hour and even attempted calling my OBGYN but due to the time of day, they weren't answering. I would not recommend going here they think everyone that walks in the door is a junkie, or out to get narcotics and will give you some crap diagnosis just for your money after you wait two three hours to be told nothing is wrong with you.
Schneck need to trained their billing representative to be nice. They have a good RNs ,but I had bad experience with their billing representative. Kylinda was very unprofessional and very rude! 😡
@SchneckMed Went to walk in clinic this morning with swollen elbow and tingling hands this morning. They would not see me since it was an old injury. This place does not care for patients. All I needed was a cortisone shot and talk about scheduling a surgery. Will not go back

The LC on the labor & delivery floor is very rude, unprofessional & acts like she hates her job.
This place has one of the rudest front desk ladies I’ve ever had to deal with! This place has changed so much since it went from Convenient Care to Schneck. I do not come here anymore & I will never go back!
