Absolutely zero customer service skills. Will not be returning.
I can't say enough about our experience in the emergency room on Wednesday night. Rachel and the nurse practitioner were skilled and compassionate. They treated my daughter as I would have treated her. I've said it before, but our county is blessed to have such a fabulous hospital!
I had a wonderful experience in ENDO on 12/30. Teresa welcomed me with a warm blanket. Jeanne asked my questions very efficiently. Everybody was friendly. They explained everything. Denise started my IV on 1 stick. Ramona peeked in to say Hi! Becky wheeled me back. Everyone made me feel comfortable. A couple friends said Hi and checked on me. Dr. Le is so good. I would rather goto see our vet. The doctor was a asshole. Best news we got was is that they was moving our grandson to Payton Manning hospital for kids. Told my wife if I had to go here or die. Just let me die. I will goto columbus hospital.
My mom had surgery today and coming from Cincinnati to be with my mom, I watched the hospital staff love my mom as their own! Each staff member , doctors, anesthesiologist, everyone who came in the room catered to my mom, dad and myself!! Thank you for loving my mom as I do!! #thankyou
They have taken great care of my momma and made her very comfortable in her last days ,and the nursing staff was the greatest ,Thank you very much for all of your compassion for my mother.
I went in for a chest x-ray. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes (which included getting registered). Very prompt and courteous service!!!!
