I want to take this opportunity to solute one of your customer service people - Nate Cover. Nate is always cheerful and willing to help when I have been at your dealership for service. In fact, recently he was willing to drive to my home to "fix" one of my keys that was no longer working, as I did not bring it to the appointment, not realizing it was needed. I have always experienced exemplary service when I visit the Schmelz dealership. They are always fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I can't think of a single improvement to make in the way they interact with their customers. I wish all of America was as well organized and operated as this dealership.
I was with another local VW dealership for the past seven years, and I am amazed at how much better the Schmelz dealership was to work with during my first service visit. I was treated with respect and I had a great experience!
