One call to Countryside and I was in with a last minute appt – A HUGE Thank You to Cesar and Carl for getting my window repaired at the last minute during a Friday snowstorm. I was in St. Paul for business and my drivers window failed to raise during a heavy snow. One call to Countryside and I had a last-minute appointment. Work was started within 15 minutes of making the call, and completed quicker than promised! Very impressed and happy with your service department!

Schmelz Countryside Saab immediately helped me – Patric von Drashek, our salesperson, was excellant. He gave us the best price possible without a lot of back and forth that one is subject to at other dealerships. Two days later when I called for info on resetting the clock someone at the dealership helped me immediately. All in all the purchase of this car was a very good experience.

Shevawn and Jon were ver y accommodating to my schedule – Jon, my regular service adviser was able to squeeze me in for an appointment for a headlight, so I would not be driving illegally. He was going to be out on the day of my appointment, so he had Shevawn work with me instead.... this worked out perfectly. After leaving the dealership, I got fuel in my car and noticed the fuel door was not staying closed. I called Shevawn immediately and she said she would take care of it promptly and get me in for the next appointment n... read more
