After Shopping every VW dealership in the state and two in Chicago via in person or email I ended up leasing an Atlas from Schmeltz VW. It appears they don’t markup and gouge you on the Money Factor unlike other dealers in town. Very friendly dealership, and I will definitely be back!
Compared to other dealerships I visited, this one was the absolute best for customer service. It was a nice and smooth buying process. I would definitely recommend it and will likely buy again from Schmelz. We got the atlas and have had it for a month and love it so far.
We purchased 2 of our vehicles from Ralph Ludden at Schmelz & have plans to purchase a 3rd in the future. Ralph is a no pressure/very knowledgeable salesman that will help you find the right vehicle! Let him help.
