Free of pressure experience – It was a very positive experience; free of pressure. I found the consultant to be helpful and knowledgeable; everyone was nice and cordial.
It was a very pleasant experience. No high pressure sales pitch. We told them what we wanted, they gave us our options, and we made a decision. They didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want. I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience. The car sells itself! They don't need to be pushy! I love the car! I have and I will continue to recommend this dealership. I've gotten complements on the looks of my new car and I've told them about the dealership. Thank you!
Shevawn is the best! – Shevawn (Service Consultant) is the reason I come to Schmeltz. She is honest, straight forward, and knows what she is talking about! I've been driving a VW Jetta since 2002 and needed something with a little more space. I wasn't planning on getting another VW but test drove the 2011 Tiguan and fell in love, mostly because I felt like I was in the Jetta. I've always had positive experiences at Schmelz VW in sales and for the past 8 years in service. That played a huge part in owning a 2nd Vw.
working with patrick was a great experience. we had been to many dealerships before arriving at schmelz and the service, attitudes, respect, and consideration we received at schmelz was the best by far. i could not be more satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the service we received from the dealership. i will recommend schmelz and will definitely return when i am ready to purchase again.

Before working with Jon, I had a very bad experience with another service consultant at Schmelz, and stopped coming there for a while because of it.
