Awesome, friendly staff – Cesar was great at letting us know what was happeneing and providing updates. While we were waiting (we got there early) Patrick spent time with us and showed us different models and answered all of our questions though he knew we wouldn't be buying for at least another 6 months.

Shavaun is terrific! – One of the best things that you have done in your Service Area is to add a female service advisor. Shavaun is terrific (so is Cesar) and she can explain what truly needs to be done on my car in plain English. She is also very focused on you when she is discussing what needs to be done and makes sure that she understands what I describe is wrong when I bring the car in for service. Cesar is also terrific. I've been very happy with the service work performed at Schmelz Countryside VW since I purchased my 2006 Jetta a year ago. I appreciate the great service Jon provides and his willingness to get specific information on my car regarding what work is covered and maintenance work that is due.

Nate is a great asset to the Schmelz Team – Nate was thurough when inspecting my lights etc before car was serviced. Nate took the time to explain all of the service points for my appointment. Informed me of the progress and had my vehicle washed at no charge. He is a great asset to the Schmelz Service Team!

I love my new car! – I was introduced to the sales manager and financial manager and both were friendly, helpful and professional. My sales consultant (Patric) was the best. He is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Answered all of my questions or if he didn't know the answer, he checked on it and promptly got back to me. Everything went well! – Everything went well and Nate, my consultant, kept me updated on what was be fixed which was very helpful. The only thing was that my car didn't get a chance to go through the carwash before I came to pick it up but I was offered a free wash anytime. He explained that very busy that day and running a little late.‎
