Tdid a very thorough job of investigating my teeth and offering solutions.
Staff were courteous and knowlegeable. The doctor I visited was very professional and explained the solution to my problem clearly. I feel confident for them to help me resolve my problem.
Great visit today. People make all the difference! The office was busy and the appointment was delayed but it was well worth the wait. I was fitted with a liner and on my way.
Everyone was soo nice took time to explain and answer all my questions, smooth procedure.
This was my first visit, Dr. Was very respectable explainable and friendly..Got my teeth exam followed up by the hygienist Melissa who's very indept with your mouth care.. She exam each tooth, after Dr. when she notice the teeth didn't look according to xray she immediately notified the Dr., this was nice friendly place of business..
I had a minor emergency today. I have always been told, if I needed to come in to call. I did and I was seen promptly. I feel like family when I visit DDS - Everyone makes you feel welcomed. I always receive excellent service No issue is too minor. The staff at DDS wants you to be satisfied and will work hard to make sure your needs are met.
Melissa is an excellent hygienist! She made me feel quite relaxed and comfortable during my cleaning. Job well done!

My mother suffered from dementia and was in a nursing home when her dentures were lost. D D S Schertz location dentists were exceptional in working with her to get her dentures replaced . I would highly recommend this location to everyone needing these services. My husband is making an appointment next week.
