Dr Mishu and the entire staff are the best I’ve ever seen for any medical procedure!! They’re right on time with appointments / friendly yet professional / explain every step and made me feel like I was indeed important as a patient. Dr Mishu’s personal touch just adds to the confidence in what was going to happen. The facility is clean and top-notch.
Staff was wonderful! Had issues either a prior Eye Dr, but Bryce put me at ease and made the whole process so much better for me. Dr Bondira was great explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Best experience I’ve ever had at an Eye Dr.
Very disappointed with Dr. Bondira. I have had two appointments with her. The first appointment she was 1 hour and 10 minutes late. I had an appointment today and she was 55 minutes late. I left without care. Due to my husbands medical condition we are on a strict schedule. Physicians need to realize their patients time is valuable. It would have been professional for a staff member to update a patient on the time delay. That was not done. It’s rude and disrespectful.
