My appointment was at 11:00 am didn’t see the doctor correction didn’t get my pictures until 1:15 pm didn’t see the doctor til 2:00 pm
Surgery Day- Staff introduce themselves and explained their part in my procedure, would have been nice if the surgeon did the same. Otherwise, things went well.
Two hour wait (not including the 30 min before the appointment) for a 4 min. visit. On top of that, they shoot your full name in the waiting room, and some boxes left the electronic record of another patient open while I was in the examination room! So much for privacy... 😡
My mom had eye surgery last year. She can now see in the eye that she had cataract which made her totally blind in that eye. I love the extremely friendly doctors who take the time to talk to us. The waiting area is by far the most comfortable and extremely beautiful. I love the fact that you have so many patient rooms which are also comfortable and beautiful. I wish all doctor's offices look like them
