On this day I had 2 appointments, a test at 8am, doctor visit at 9. When I was checking out it was 9:35. I was very pleased with the efficiency of all who helped me.

What a disgrace for patients & family! My brother was told to be here 12:30 & it’s now 5:20 & he hasn’t even went to operating room yet !!!!!! I’m surprised he hasn’t walked out... 👎
