Customer service was great...Cameron Ungaro is a superstar! I left sunglasses in my trade-in and phoned an hour after I had left the dealer. Cameron took the call on his own time away from work and made sure the sunglasses were retrieved and secured for me to pick up days later. Thank you Cameron!
We had a very good experience at Schaumburg Toyota: our salesperson, Frank, could NOT have been nicer and they offer free hot beverages/water, and pretzel snacks to customers. I LOVE my new car (RAV4)!!
The service is excellent, the staff is outstanding, no hurtle is too big for them!! I have dealerships closer to home, but I don’t get the service there like I do at Schaumburg Toyota!! IT IS WORTH THE TIME TO GO FURTHER!!
Second car that I have bought from Schaumburg Toyota Great experience with the Sales person Jim and the rest of Toyota team. I have been coming to Schaumburg Toyota for 18 years to have my car serviced and they have taken really good care of my car. Now with the new car I know they'll do the same great job.
The service department is outstanding, escpically steve. Then there’s jerry in the sales department who was also outstanding in pairing me up with a great deal in a new Camry.
Jerry, did a great job with his customer service and gave me a great deal for my car. Loved his enthusiasm and humor. It was my very first purchase through Toyota, and I'll definitely be purchasing my 2nd car through Toyota again in the near future.
