We had a wonderful experience at Schaumburg Toyota. No pressure, willing to negotiate, easy to do business with, allowed us to test drive multiple cars, SUVs, etc. The manager Chris was amazing. He answered all our questions, gave us great information and options so we could make our decision. Everyone was professional and polite. The car was ready when they said it would be and I love it.
Schaumburg Toyota Service staff is the best. Never take an appointment for Oil change or any small work, in and out so quick, Great waiting area, great staff.... Way to go Schaumburg Toyota.....
