Had an easy experience buying a used car here. They were willing to negotiate, and Emmanuel got us the price we wanted. His sense of humor also helped through the process. I am extremely satisfied with my experience! About a week after buying the car, I saw my car was leaking a little oil. I went back to Toyota and they found a faulty gasket and replaced it for free! Excellent customer service! I could not be more pleased with the quality of service they provide to their customers. Keep doing what you're doing!
If toyota recommends oil changes at 10,000 miles why would I not listen to the manufacturer, but this dealership recommends 5,000 as to try and get another oil change out of you. Patrick was unable and unwilling to clarify or admit this. I just want the truth and if you cant handle a customer like myself i suggest you get a different job away from people.
