Always friendly and quick service, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.
Always great service at a good price. Dropped in without an appointment and they changed the battery and oil right away. Everyone is always so pleasant. Would not hesitate to recommend the service department.
Everything excellent! Mike Kruger is superb! My son and I brought our respective Toyotas (Corolla and RAV4) in for oil changes and vehicle checkups. Fast service, opportunity to ask questions which Mike answered and the confidence that work done was of high quality. Schaumburg Toyota provides fine service. The new showroom and waiting area is an excellent improvement.
Personnel were friendly, considerate and very helpful.
