I was satisfied with the staff they change the oil in short time but they told me that I need to change my front brakes. I bought the breaks my husbend knows how to do it. The breaks was fine no need to change. They lie to me that the breaks are not good any more.

First and foremost your service managers like Patrick and Shawn needs to conduct service business with some ethics and morale especially dealing with elderly customers. They don't check for understanding and get customers signature w/o explaining details of a service and then provide them with some large invoice to pay. Their staff is great. Anthony fixed my car in record time so I could get back to work.
The customer doesn’t matter. Service manager (with attitude): “ I don’t owe you anything.” Written complaint didn’t even warrant a response from upper management. No class. You are just a dollar sign to the Resnick Auto Group. Never again.
