Zero stars, Terrible place so far. I would greatly appreciate a call or email from Toyota customer relations, Toyota corporate or the general manager of this dealership. The service dept is open late and doesn't require an appointment. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
This was my first time visiting Toyota Schaumburg dealership. I didn't know what to expect. They provided very quick service and I was very impressed by their waiting lounge. Subaru dealership in Schaumburg is completely opposite.

Have been charged 138$ for Number plate screw replacement which I was told will be done for free. When Checked advisor told billing was incorrect and provided no help.
