Extremely disappointed in Schaumburg Toyota and their lack of accountability regarding a service issue THEY CAUSED to my vehicle. My family and I have been bringing our cars into this location for about 12 years. I brought my car in for a simple oil change where they let me know it’ll be done in about 45 minutes. I waited over an hour for them to then tell me that they did NOT provide an oil change because they were unable to open my hood due to the hood lever being “broken”. We apologize for the dissatisfaction of your recent visit. The latch was already broken when you brought in your 2005 Corolla with 235,000 miles. We could not get the hood open to perform the service, you could see the deterioration. An offer was made to do the repairs at a discount. Unfortunately, we do not agree on a resolution.

I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership; 2013 Highlander Hybrid Limited and 2020 Custom Tacoma quadcab. Peter was my salesman for both. Don’t recommend it at all...
Had a great experience about 5 years ago and had another great experience about a couple months ago. Really nice people from all departments and Peter who was my sales person was awesome. Super nice, not pushy, and made the car buying experience during a pandemic stress free and I absolutely love my car!
