I have stopped in twice to purchase a vehicle. Neither time I was helped. Have went inside and the service was rude and did not have info on the vehicle. Then took 3 days to call back. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Before Young bought out Schanski, I never had any issues. The only reason I ever took my business to Schanski, was for vehicle repairs since that's where my car came from. Most recently, I had my oil changed. Unknown to me, Noone bothered to tighten the oil filter, which lead to no oil after only 3 days. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. "Accidents" like that will cost someone their vehicle. Who's going to be responsible when that happens?!?!?!?
We bought a new jeep from skip and just want to say the service doesn't end after the sale.we recently had a small set back in Florida and needed a dealer who cared the local dealer in gainsville fl was the worst called skip on his cell and he took care of us and had a rental car set up .top notch dealership.
My wife and I would like to say "Thank You" to your team for getting us in to a great vehicle and for the best customer service I've seen. Stop in and see Lisa at the old Chrysler dealership! She was awesome!!!
