RecommendedI took my Dodge Journey to a Dodge dealership that was closer to me. They didn’t listen to what I said and kept fixing other things. I brought it to Young Dodge. The manager of the garage had me speak directly with one of their amazing mechanics so I could explain what was happening. They kept my car for a week, gave me a car to drive and actually fixed my Journey. It now drives better than when I first got it. Definitely worth the drive.

Was brushed off by a salesman
they screwed my title up told me over the phone they would pay for then refused to do it, after already paying over $300 for title and plate at signing, I now have to go and pay more money to fix their screw up, will never ever go back for anything, then the sales lady calls me and tells me she is going to make it right with me because she doesn't like how the company treated me, and never makes it right, lies,lies,lies and more lies
After a horrible experience at Champion I went to Young in Ionia. I should have come here first. I had a great experience here and also 2 years ago at Young Chevy in ionia.
Have had several problems with my new mini van in service and what was suppose to be in the package for the van no Bluetooth which I was told was in there
