The Young service team took us in without an appointment to repair our Ram while on the road for Spring Break... they got us back on the road in an hour and saved the day. Thank You!
My husband and I bought a Jeep from Seeley auto in St. Louis and they did not do a safety check on it. Don’t ever buy a vehicle from them! The wheel bearings were so bad a month into our Jeep we had to drop it off in ionia (where he works) to get it fixed. This dealership helped us out so much. They gave us a rental and helped us try to talk to Seeley’s to help with repairs (which Seeley’s didn’t). I recommend this dealership and customer service to everyone! I have to admit I was a little skeptical about coming out to Ionia for service on my Jeep. I have been to the two dealerships in Lansing and disappointed with the lack of customer service. Young’s in Ionia went above and beyond with service on my Jeep. The staff was friendly and personable, and more importantly trustworthy! I will definitely be back!
Craig and Rj are awesome!! Helped me out like crazy on the cost of fixing my Jeep and set me up with a loaner for a time being! Great guys and a great place to get you vehicle serviced and fixed!
