They didn’t call to let me know my appointment was canceled
I found this dealership online searching for a Jeep Gladiator. I found the one pictured at a pretty fair price so I told them I would like to begin the buying process. I then was asked if I qualified for the discount (no mention what-so-ever on their site of qualifying for anything) I said no, but quoted THEIR price on their site and she informed me I needed to have someone in my family that works for jeep, or something similar. Very positive experience. Dianna Teague worked with us to find a new vehicle that fit both our budget and needs. And gave us payoff on our trade in as well.
I’ve had to contact Jeep over the constant repairs of my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Two times in with a death wobble and still not 100% corrected. Now it’s got a broken seatbelt and a rear wiper not working. I do not recommend the service department for repairs, they do not seem knowledgeable in the Jeeps at all.
