Best Harley dealership in the area. I could go to two others dealers but choose to go to Schaeffer's.
I've been to alot of dealerships and Schaeffer's is the only one that at no matter what door you enter there is someone who will make you feel like part of there family! Everyone there is polite and considerate. As far as I'm concerned they are the only Harley dealership that I will patronize,I don't mind driving the extra 47 miles to a place where someone cares. You guys are the best!

Yesterday was only my second visit and it was just as pleasant as the first, friendly staff and a great lunch. The steady flow of people in and out was very impressive.

Outstanding customer service! My sales rep Sven was very easy and pleasant to deal with. He had a no pressure sales approach which was nice. The owner even took the time to go through the bike with me showing me the ins and outs considering this was my first Harley and he even helped me load it in my trailer. I drove over 2.5hrs to get to them and would do it again.
