Purchased my very first Harley this past Thursday (June 22) a 2017 Street Glide Special and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience, from my salesman Sven to both ladies in the financial department Kim & Mel... Purchased my first Harley Davidson this weekend and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Salesman was awesome and took the time to get me where I needed to be payment wise, thank JT. The whole staff was great, took time out of their busy day to chat with me and tell me a bit about their departments and made me feel like they knew me forever.Looking forward to many more visits to Schaeffer's HD!!

Johnny Leonard and Zack are great. Had an issue went down they took care of it no gripes no complaints and I was a pain in the ass.
The people there are the best ! Service second to none...took my bike in for oil change and service,new exhaust and air cleaner. When they found out they couldn't get the one i wanted,they called me. The best part is that they took the time to find another set of pipes that they knew i would like ! All bc they took the time earlier to talk to me to find out what i like. Noe that my friends is sevice!!! A big special thanks to the service and parts departments ...customer for life here !

On Saturday, I had a breakdown five hours from home on my way to the MDA Ride for Life benefit ride. Service Manager "Frog" and his staff couldn't have been more helpful. Dennis and the Schaeffer organization are the standard of which Customer Service is defined and I am proud to be part of the same Harley-Davidson family. They made me feel comfortable and was very hospitable. A special "thank you" to your staff and congratulations on your 50th Anniversary!
