I had problem with an overlooked throttle lock repair. I took it back as soon as I discovered the issue. Management was quick to correct the issue and get my bike back on the road safely! Great waiting area too.

This review is just for yesterday. Tech didn't reattach the clutch cable back into the clip on the neck. I didn't notice this until I got home. If I were to make a sharp enough turn the cable could have gotten caught behind the fender causing me to crash. Lucky this didn't happen. Besides that everything else appears ok. I think Schaeffer's is a really great place. I regularly would give the sales staff and everyone there 5 stars and I will continue to give them my business but It's the little things like what happened yeste... read more

Had a great experience with Cory...traded in an 06 Electra and left with a beautiful 15 Ultra Limited, answered all my questions and the rest of the staff treated me very well, would highly recommend stopping in.

Very well established and respected Harley-Davidson dealer in the area, had a clutch problem ,fixed it right away. I would definitely Drive 180 miles to have my bike serviced with them!
